OK Boomer 9-22-23

Let's get the hard part out of the way and talk about the disease everybody is sick and tired of.  In some cases...literally.  We're talking about Covid.

Cindy Womack is a nurse-practitioner at Smith Center for Alzheimer's Disease Research and Treatment.  Cindy Womack talks about the connection between Covid19 and Alzheimer's.

Then let's turn to a hobby of too many Boomers which is social isolation. Jill Graskowitz of Club 60 will have some tips on aging gracefully that do NOT include social isolation.

And in the world of books is...me...and my novel Saluki Marooned which is about a major university.

Nancy Herzog also talks about her novel written about the same major university. Guess what university we wrote about.

Also in the program Kendall Boyson....helps us to navigate through life's little challenges, Emily Lake will talk about a type of photo booth that many of us have never seen before.  Radio expert Rick Taylor tells us that the talent pool for radio is.... shrinking. And we'll hear some tips from a millennial about grandparents.

That's on OK Boomer where...

"We're keepin' it real!"
