OK Boomer with Regina

What happens when a Boomer podcast host sits down with a cusp-Gen Z entrepreneur to talk burnout, ADHD, business fatigue… and zombies? In this episode of OK Boomer, we explore why businesses really close (hint: it’s not just money), how founders burn out, and what happens when you stop seeing options and only see liabilities. We also dive into generational stereotypes, the evolution of tech from DOS to AI, the realities of minimum wage, and whether too much virtual life is giving us a new kind of “jet lag.”
Plus: a giant painted pit, community art therapy (definitely not therapy), Plants vs. Zombies procrastination strategy, and the bold question — are humans built for this much technology? It’s thoughtful. It’s funny. It’s slightly chaotic. Okay, Boomer. 🎙️ #communitysupport #burnrecovery #digitalart #adhd #entrepreneurship #mentalhealthawareness

OK Boomer with Amanda

Sunday Apr 05, 2026

What happens when a boomer with ADHD meets a millennial who prefers paddle boards over treadmills? Chaos… but the fun kind. In this episode of OK Boomer, we dive into everything from “Monopoly on the Truth” (no board required!) to how different generations approach exercise, technology, and—let’s be honest—life itself.
Amanda shares why she’d rather hike a mountain than step foot in a gym, while our boomer host reminisces about walking uphill both ways in the snow (of course). They also tackle ADHD, information overload, and the modern struggle of figuring out what’s actually true on the internet. Sprinkle in some tech frustrations, paddle- board mishaps, and a few “Okay, boomer” moments, and you’ve got yourself a conversation that’s equal parts insightful and entertaining.
🎧 Expect laughs, relatable chaos, and maybe even a few life lessons. Welcome to OK Boomer! #adhd #adhdawareness

What happens when a Boomer with newly diagnosed ADHD sits down with two younger minds who’ve been navigating it their whole lives? Chaos, laughter, and surprisingly honest conversation. In this episode of OK Boomer, Robert is joined by Sandra and Aeazia to talk about ADHD, distractions, and how different generations see the same brain in totally different ways. From multitasking like a superhero to losing your car in the Walmart parking lot for the hundredth time—this conversation proves that ADHD might just be a different way of thinking. They discuss neurodiversity, personal experiences with ADHD, mental health advocacy, and the idea that what society calls a “disorder” might actually be a powerful personality type. Along the way you'll hear stories about flying airplanes, radio broadcasting mishaps, brain fog, and why drinking too much coffee might make everything even more interesting. If you’ve ever forgotten where you parked, lost your train of thought mid-sentence, or started five projects at once… this episode might feel a little too relatable. So grab some coffee, embrace the chaos, and join the conversation. Welcome to OK Boomer. #adhd #neurodiversity #neurodiverse #creativity #multitasking

In Part 2 of OK Boomer, we check back in with Eileen Kindred—a single mom, artist, and professional multitasker—who’s been juggling work, parenting, and survival in today’s economy.
The good news? She found her mojo. Yes, that mojo. The kind you lose after failed job interviews and find again when someone hires you on the spot.
We talk about burnout, creativity, parenting, money stress, hope for the future, and—unexpectedly—crochet vs. knitting (spoiler: they are not the same thing).
This episode is honest, awkward, funny, and very real. It’s about what happens when life is still hard—but finally feels like it’s turning a corner.
👉 Watch till the end to see how one small thing can quietly change everything.

What happens when a Boomer, a Gen X professional counselor, and a Gen Z psychology graduate sit down for coffee and talk about… everything on OK Boomer Channel? ☕😄 In this episode, Kristi Weaver—a licensed professional counselor—and her daughter Kenzie join the conversation to unpack mental health, generational differences, and the messy reality of today’s social issues. From family conflicts caused by political polarization to the dangers of believing you own a “Monopoly on the Truth,” this discussion is honest, insightful, and surprisingly funny. We dive into how social media and networks fuel division, why lack of humility might be tearing families apart, and how listening could actually be revolutionary. Expect humor, warmth, tough truths, and a rare moment where Boomers, Gen X, and Gen Z actually talk instead of canceling each other. 👉 Watch till the end and don't forget to subscribe or like—you might laugh, cringe, and rethink a few opinions you thought were set in stone. #mentalhealth #socialissues #politicalpolarization #lackofempathy #socialmediastrategy #networks

In this episode of OK Boomer, Robert sits down with millennial Eileen at a cozy coffee shop overlooking the Tennessee River to talk about a modern workplace paradox: when a job feels “secured” right up until it isn’t.
Eileen shares a real story about a friend who received glowing performance reviews, signed up for benefits, and was fired the very next day.
We unpack how corporations talk about “high value employees” while quietly prioritizing profit over people. The conversation dives into low wages, rising cost of living, gig work survival, and why working harder no longer guarantees stability.
With humor, honesty, and zero corporate buzzwords, this episode captures what it’s like trying to stay afloat in today’s economy. 🎥
Topics: job secured myths, high-value labor, stagnant wages, cost-of-living reality
☕ Filmed on location in Chattanooga, Tennessee
